My Fibromyalgia Journey: Day 3

Been sleeping a bit better however I am a tad worried. My GP is changing some of my medications around. Being very carful not to touch or interfere with what the Neurologist is doing but nevertheless. She is adding something to my cocktail and testing to see if it helps me sleep. In turn I will have to stop the very medication that has been helping me sleep for years. I have tried a number of things and it seems as though I am just not falling into that real deep sleep that I need.

I did a sleep study a few years ago and they sais that they did not see anything more than a possability of sleep apnea and RLS (restless leg syndrome). Which at the time was great news! I just have no idea how they could have missed the fact that I am not getting quality rest.

Not sure if it is a simple cold, allergies or whatever but noticed I have been using my inhaler (nebulizer) A LOT lately. I hope this is not an indicator as to what the warmer weather is going to bring.

As far as the Fibro medications I have been doing well. Only on three doses for one day but no severe side effects. I am still very very and I do mean VERY achy but I think that the only thing that will truly heal that is if I stop working full time, rest and just allow my body to heal.

Thanks for checking in and reading :)3/20/14
