My everyday life
This is my first time writing here. I want to share with everyone how real anxiety and panic attacks are. How serious and real the pain is, and how debilitating they are. Everyday for the last 4 years I have successfully dealt with anxiety. Recently panic attacks began to spring up out of nowhere. I am on medicines that seem to do nothing. I wake up in the morning with that anxious feeling already brewing. By the time I start my morning I already need my xanax. By mid day my head is burning with thoughts and I slowly start to break down. By evening I am reaching the peak of the attacks, pacing back and forth trying to run from my own mind. I break down completely with fear that this is the end. My body's giving out I tell myself. I dial 911 only to be sent home with the same things being said to me. I have not found the help I need yet and I fear insanity everyday. The realness of the pain and the palpitations is very real. I just hope to relieve this a little bit before I go insane. The constant fear that I'm dying and losing my mind is the most horrible feeling, worse than any of my asthma attacks. I just need help.
