MY DEMAGNITZED EXPERIENCE

For the record, my tinnitus is about 80% in my left ear / 20% in my right ear. The pitch and volume in my right ear I could easily live with and ignore. The high pitch and volume in my left year is awful. I received my demagnitzer Thursday 3/20. I did one afternoon and one evening session of about 5 minutes each in my left ear only. I noticed nothing different - no increase or decrease from these applications. Friday 3/21 I did three 5 minute sessions in left ear only (1 morning - 1 afternoon - 1 evening). Again I noticed no difference - no increase or decrease in my T. Saturday morning 3/22 I awoke and T was hardly noticable. I didn't apply the demagnitzer Saturday morning. T re-emerged to my normal level Saturday afternoon. I did 2 seven minute treatments Saturday afternoon and evening. There seemed to be no benefit from these treatments on Saturday.Sunday 3/23 I did two treatments for about seven minutes each with no benefit.Monday 3/24 I did 7 minutes in my left ear this morning with no benefit so far. I was hoping to have better news to report. I'm not sure if the T decrease on Saturday morning was real or imagined (placebo effect). I am getting no "spike" in my T when I apply this demagnitzer which many people have reported. I am going to continue for a few more days. I'm still very encougaged by the good reports others are having.

I haven\'t heard of this unit... What is it and where do you get the information? I am glad that you reported some lessened T for a day or two... Maybe you are on the right track... Good Luck and God Bless...

I have mostly accepted mine... Do you know of a good TRT that can be done on your own? Have your tried cutting out salt and caffiene from your diet?

Please keep me posted...
Thanks...

Thanks very much for journaling your experience thus far, John. My left to right volume ratio is similar, 80/20. As well, it seems left side T is more common for a reason; too many have left sided T for it to be a coincidence. And when they are bilateral (both ears) left is almost always louder. I just wish science (or one of us) could figure out the reason.

I had the thought that those having luck with the demag were those who haven\'t had T for long (less than 2 years). But too many with long term (10+ years) have known benefit, including the guy who first tried it. Who has had the best results of all.

At a minimum, no one has reported any adverse reaction so far. You might give it a bit more time. One month seems to be a reasonable test period.
