My current story

I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation type 1 a few weeks ago at the hospital. I am so afraid of what will happen to me. I feel dizzy and have bad headaches a lot. My arms and legs will go numb at times. I have horrible anxiety because of this. My mind keeps going to the what ifs. I already have phobias of doctors and hospitals and am trying to cope with what I will have to go through. I have to have an MRI on Monday and am so scared because I've never had one.
