my coworker's brother
I want to thank all of you my dear friends for your kind thoughts, prayers and hugs for my co-worker Chris who lost her second brother to a heart attack (please see my last entry). Her mom Jean is a kind woman who went into her own pain to help me when Eddie passed since her 32 year old son Jimmy had passed several years ago. Now a second son, Bill, who was only 49. This poor mom was away in Aruba & got the call about Bill. When jimmy passed he was away in Panama on business. Jean now has her 3 remaining children; her daughter Chris and 2 other adult sons, Mike and Bob. She does not have grandchildren from either Jim or Bill, but has several grandchildren from her other kids. I talked to Chris briefly this morning. She said her heart is broken. Of course. We all understand all too well what this family will go through in the days and weeks ahead. I will be there as much as I can for them. I will pay it forward.

Linda, Sorry to hear about your friend. We all know the rough road ahead. No words can express. What a kind friend you are to be there for her. Send my prayers. ~ Sharlene
Sweet Linda, this has to bring back some sad moments for you. I\'m glad your their for your friend. I wonder if they should all be checked for heartd disease? Recently my little sister (she\'s 44) had a heart attack and they had to bring her back to life. It damaged her heart and she\'s having complications now. My father died when he was 47 with heart disease and my other two sisters had heart attacks in their 40\'s. So my doctor is sending me to get the echo thingy, with the ultra sound. Just for a precaution. It may be a good thing for them to do. Thinking about you, sending you hugs and love. Danette
Linda, I know this is hard on you, but you are a wonderful friend to Chris and to Jean. My thoughts and prayers are with them. Love, Kim
