MY CHRISTMAS DRESS FITS - MADE MY GOAL !!
me with lipstick and a big smile! as promised, I tried on my Christmas goal dress today, Dec. 15. If it still didn't fit, I was going to go into a convent for ten days of prayer and fasting! as it turned out, that wasn't necessary. The dress fits perfectly. All I need to do is keep on track like I've been doing. Last night I "babysat" my mother while my sister and her husband went to a party. I was tired and thinking negatively. I said to her, "I'm afraid the dress isn't going to fit." With the solemn wisdom of a woman soon to be 90, she replied YOU'LL HAVE TO WEAR SOMETHING ELSE THEN. That struck me SO funny. Brilliant, mommy. Brilliant piece of deductive reasoning. Couldn't have figured that out for myself in a million years.

let me guess.......it fits..... all except for the fact it\'s not zipped up the back right! hahahaha! have you ever seen the sitcom \"the golden girls\"? well....in one show \"blanch\".... tries on this dress and shows it off the dorothy,sophia and rose! \'stating\'......\"how she is as slim and trim now as she once was\"! well.....as she turned to go back to her bedroom to get out of the dress......her backside was unzipped! it cracked me up! here she was...telling everyone how slim she still was....and all the while....the only reason the dress still fit was b/c.....she forgot to zip it up! lmaorolf! anyway......congrats on the weight loss and goal completion!! i\'m very proud of you and very happy for you too! happy holidays my friend! boomertoo

Actually, charc6, I only had discipline sometimes. I messed up big time other times. The one to compliment on discipline is Joyce Marilyn. That older gal is incredible. And Boomertoo, THE DRESS IS ZIPPED. hahahaha

heeheehee! when my grand daughter was real little.....she would sing that song (golden girls theme)every time the show came on! used to crack me up!!
