My buddy, the Prednisone...

So I strated taking Prednisone to aide in the rash, inflmation in my hands and pain in joints. It is working quite well. The thing that annoys me about it is my increase appitite. I have been starting to work out and I am glad that I bought a wii fit plus. That is a lot of fun! Anyways on the high dose of prednisone that I was on last week made me feel so very dizzy and fatigue. I was taking 60mg in the morn. Oh and when your doctor tells you to take them in the morning, you better take it in the morning. I work the graveyard shift so my mornings start at 8pm. I took it then, then during the night I felt so wozzy and extreemly dizzy. Contacted my doctor and she told me to do what it says and take it in the am. 
Right now I am tappering down. Went from 40mg to 10mg a day. Still feel pretty good, hungry still. The funny thing is is one of the side effects is being irritable and having mood swings. Well I find myself before hand being irritable at work a whole lot of the time, but now I feel different, I feel pleasant and more approachable at work. I wonder why that is?! It gave me the opposite effect I guess... :-p
