My brother type is in serious trouble and needs help..

I'm concerned for his well being. I think he wants to give up, and I made it clear that he cannot use the suicide word around me, or he will loose me. He's given up hope, and I was always so proud of him. I looked up to him when we were younger, and in the same program. We worked on our dirty little secrets in the group rooms made for people like us. We became buds, and I liked his wife. Well Girlfriend. I concider them commonly law because they have been together since they were in like gradeschool. So he asked me for anything that would help him find a purpous. HE needs  a job is what. I have given him plenty of reasons to live, but at least he has his lil woman that seems to bring him in peace. DOes anyone have any suggestions to anything I haven't already tried in reditrection and love???? What to say when you know someone is giving up their fight, do you let it go, report them, make it worse, or let it go and hope it's just him talking poo again. Dunno JUst dunno what to do.....................
