My brother Again

Sunday, we were unloading the truck and he showed up. Someone dropped him off. He came with me when we went to drop off the truck, then went with me to see our mother, who announced that she was coming home the next day, then he asked to be  dropped off back where the truck had been dropped off at the homeless shelter. 
So I had to drive him across town twice. 
Monday, he showed up again, even though he should have had an appointment with a social worker, and was using the phone to call a bunch of people who weren't home, and went with me to see the social worker I needed to see in Woonsocket - he needs to see the social worker in Providence. He spent the day hanging around with me, and I was trying to navigate in a city I didn't know and all I could think was why doesn't he shut up.
He just kept talking. I've heard it all before. He isn't going to try to get the help that he needs, he is going to go back to the useless internet crap that didn't work the last time, and cost me so much that I am now living with my mother (in theory). 
I just want him to do it elsewhere. I want him gone. I hope that my attitude towards him today and failure to give him a ride out of here today will keep him from coming back tomorrow!
I am just so sick of listening to him!
