my boss is usually pretty but yesterday

I was hurt and angry when I was told a client had made a complaint about me.  I know I too sensitive.  I go over and above for this client anyway.  I told my boss that.  But he is big client so i was requested to treat him special.  I told my boss all I was already doing but I would do anything it took to make him happy but I wanted my boss to know what u was already doing for him. I Got off the phone so upset.  Vented.
I couldn't go to the movie as I had to take care if the customer right awai am trading a new girl and the client doesn't like her as much as my former employee.  Give her a chance!  She is new
Cancelling  not trip as it not a good time to go.  I will go in the summer when it is nice.
