My Baby is Home

Hallelujah, my  boy rang me from home yesterday, safely home from Thailand!Although he wasn't in Bangkok and was flying out of Phuket the news about Thailand was becoming steadily worse.I sent him a sms on wednesday and he was meant to be leaving that night. Then I heard nothing from him until last night when he rang me from the drive thru at Maccas. Ironic, really that the first place he headed for after getting off the plane was fast food.I was so relieved to hear his voice and cant begin to imagine the distress of people who still have family in Thailand and now India.Although he's 18 and has already done many o/s trips I have to say I was very concerned about him. So good to get that call 'Hi Mum, I'm home. I love you!'
