My ass hurts FOR REAL!!!

l AM laying down, and my ass is hurting. I did the #2 an hour ago. I struggled with it, now the pain is really kicking in man!!!! I feel a pulsing up my asshole!! I wonder if I should go to the hospital!!! Any comments, are greatly appreciated!!!
