My anger and future plans!

I guess I have serious anger problems. This evening I was not feeling like taking the food that our mother (patient of cancer) and the sister cooked. I had it as my first meal of the day at almost sun set time (I have a seriously up set routine due to my joblessness) and then left for the net cafe to get the prints of the filled forms to apply for a US non-immigrant's visa. I came back home at 9 in the night and had a cup of tea that I made myself. I had chat on the internet with a few DS and yahoo friends for an hour or two till 12 in the night till power got out for one hour. As it restored I went down stairs to the kitchen to look for some food but I was disappointed to see very little of the meal left which I already was not feeling like to take for the second time by now. Of course every one had gone to sleep by this time in the night (they are very normal people). My disappointment changed into anger. It was for I already did not want to take that meal for the second time and also while coming back from the net cafe I was planning to take a food made of beef from a restaurant (with a can of malted barley). Our maternal aunt has recently given me the money to apply for a US visa and I have some money spared than the required amount which I could spend on food to get from outside our home. But I did not do that for I want to bring our hosts in the US (family of a US soldier) some gifts and the spare money shall go into that plus this can of malted barley has a small percentage of alcohol (by around 10%) which I wanted to avoid for taking alcohol has been described as a harmful thing. Now here I am at 1 AM in the night and every one in home asleep. Out bound door of the home locked and very remote chances of finding food out doors. What will you expect me to do? Take the barely enough and not tasting food and supplement that with a fried egg? I was in no mood to take that egg either. Or protest by waking our mother or sister? I went for the second option and said that you could have at least told me that food is not enough and that I will be needing myself to supplement that with a self fried egg. Our mother woke up. So did the sister. I was feeling angry on their ... (whatevery you call it). Our mother asked our sister that she should fry me an egg and that she thought the food was enough for me. I said it was not enough. I just sent our sister back to sleep and said that I can fry myself an egg by myself and that they should always tell me if the food will not be enough... Any ways, I guess our mother is no more that energetic to take care of this all due to her sickness and that the sister who in spite of in her 36th year of age is very very naive to understand my upset routine and the changing need of my diet and taste. I guess I really need to find a job which I am hopeless I will ever be able to find in Pakistan and that is why I am going for a few days to the US. I wonder if a denial of the visa by the US diplomats in Pakistan worsen my frustration. I really need a change in scenes around me. The food I eat. The crowded neighborhood I live in. Thanks to our aunt who is willing to give me money for a return ticket to the US. And thanks to my hosts in the US viz: Ms Astrid and her husband Mr William. I guess they are a God send with the wife being very kind to send me and my family gifts (cookies for me and cosmetics for our family) from a whole world away to Pakistan and then the husband being from a profession in which I myself have spent a major portion of my job years, i.e., the military.
