Mutual Triggers

Again I wish for on-line protocols which will allow group members who have triggered one another to engage in mutually beneficial therapy work of separating the trauma from the trigger. In live support groups I have been part of, it is no surprise when group members trigger one another. If someone is triggering me to flashbacks about the most abusive of my five siblings, odds are I am triggering them similarwise. Working through the phenom with much, much support from the group ranks high among the most healing experiences I have experienced within support groups. So far, the wish has netted me a 100% disaster rate in the on-line disaster rate. The last time I speculated on the possibility in the privacy of this journal, my crisis of the phase ended up reduced to a debate of whether trolling was a fishing technique before it was an internet catch phrase. In the mix of strictly personal psychosis and irrelevant debate ended up with what I used to call the internet troll patrol morphing into Troll Trawler captains. Do internet troll patrolers/trawlers ever go fishing? I suspect that a real trawler captain know what a trolling motor is and wouldn't dream of confusing themselves with the hobbyists who troll the shallow waters where their trawlers are too big to go. Well. . . Many of the folks who win the big fishing contests are avid trollers. Tonight I find I canae remember which piece of the great troll debate my sister-in-healing was the only one who cared about. I reckon that means she was as right as Pimp Sis. She really was the only one who cared or I would remember her important point at least as well as I remember whatever piece of the Breach of Contract she brought her important debate to. I could have lived without the insertion of flashbacks to Pimp Sis's caring style. Forgive my busted give a damn, Pimp Sis. I still don't care about my inadequate-to-you cup sizes. I still don't care what age your Johns think I am.

Oh, what a sticky, icky, yucky, ridiculous snot knot it rolls into. As I type, I wonder if it might have been this very line of discussion which triggered the psychotic troll trawler debate. Well. . . My sister-in-healing might have been fully sane and rational and the illogic is purely mind. Fully possible when I am in psychotic episode. For sure, this sister-in-healing quotes Pimp Sis allot in the course of whatever she wants to call ^it^ today. For me, ^it^ is just a psycho snot knot I don't want to sneeze on this week. I have enough snot knots to sort without bringing in the sister I haven't talked to in 20 years and have NEVER talked to without fear of reprisal.

Can I set my confusion of Pimp Sis, internet troll trawlers and word-shifting debates aside far enough to sleep now?

Testing. . .

It is a great relief that the internet usage of "troll" seems to be dissipating. The only consistency I found among the newbies I asked to explain is that trolls are mean, evil people worthy of their rigorous vigilante action. Bring on Billy Goat Gruff. . . I might need it next time I go fishing with a trolling motor. May the verb, "troll" fill my dreams. I'll even let the troll dolls and Billy Goat Gruff's troll and the internet trolls the troll trawler captains have drummed out of their forums ride along. No internet troll trawler captains allowed. They'll scare off the fish with all that postulating.

Sleep achieved, albeit the restless flavor of sleep I expect while I am processing psycho weirds. I consider it a great achievement that the sleep is merely restless. No nightmares or hyper-alert awakening.

Today's agenda is a final coat of paint on the extraction room of the honey barn so the door and window trim will have a nice clean finish to rest upon. I am really excited about getting the new doors and windows on the building. Stepping small, praying big and holding the love sacred.
