Music and Friends.

Ahh how i love music. I love playing guitar. I love listening to other people play music! Theres a trend here eh?... I've been writting music for along time now, mostly on my own. Or with new band mates or people i meet online etc... Recently i started working with my 2 best friends. One is another guitar player whom started a few years after i did. I showed him alot of the basics back when we were 16 . When i got married at 18...we drifted pretty far apart. Recently (last year or so) we renewed our friendship and its been fantastic. And guess what? Hes been practising! So the dudes a pretty good guitar player now, likes the same music I do...and we work very well together. We have 7 songs ready to record and its been awesome to share the love of my life with my friends. Now even more recently....very good good friend of mine decided he was going to try his hand at electronic music ( Trance, House etc) which i listen to from time to time.  We started working on a project together mixing guitars with electronic music. Going well but still in the very early stages. Myself anf my two buddies grew up together, since the age of  6-7 we have been friends, We all had our first dates at the same time, grew up into little men! and now...as adults I am very happy to have two great friends from my childhood still in my life. The 3 of us went to Tim Horton's after a music session on Friday...and It was a damn blast...I really felt like the old me again...Laughing having a good time..No thoughts of illness, death, morbid sick thoughts ugh. It was amazing, best night i have had in a VERY long time. The reason for this entry? We'll i am trying to appreciate the things i have in life a little more, I never realized how fast things can be taken from you ..like your health. I am very happy and excited to be able to make music with two of my best friends whom are always there for me. !!!!!
