Muscular Dystrophy

I am 32, was formally diagnosed 3 years ago and am struggling badly with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, basic movement, severe weakness and the will to live. Being disabled is a sad, lonely and depressing way to live. I don't know what to do. I am desperate and don't want to live anymore.
