muscles.....

i went to urgencare tonight because i had such severe pain in my shoulder and across my collarbone on my left side.......the doctor examined me and took some x-rays and they came back fine...he diagnosed me with my a strain in my shoulder and other sprains and strains....it hurts to sign, hurts to move it, can't lift my arm over my head, hurts to change-i had to change into a gown for the x-rays, and it hurts to do everything....i can't put really any pressure on it...it hurts sooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they gave me muscle relaxers and other stuff, but it's supposed to make me super sleepy...i'm worried that i'll, like, fall asleep tomorrow in class.....the doctor told me to limit the activities that hurt it, sooooo limit my signing....i have a portfolio that i have to do tomorrow....i'll do that, but then i hafta tell my other teachers that i hafta limit my signs.....we'll see how it goes
