muscle pain....

i saw my ENT on tuesday.....i haven't been feeling really good since then....i had a really bad sore throat and stuff.....he gave me prescription for an antibiotic for a sinus infection and said if i had muscle pain to contact him right away and to stop taking it.....yesterday i had muscle pain and when i woke up today the same thing happened so i called and i stopped taking it.....i have horrible migraines because i'm dehydrated.....i'm tired and i can't sleep so eating is hard....i'm so tired since sleep is so scarce that i sleep throughout the day....it's just awful....i'm sweating most of the day.....i have to wear shorts and tank top in order to stay cool....i have the air conditioning on.....it's 68 degrees and i'm still sweating.....my temperature is hovering around 99 degrees.....my ENT put e on another antibiotic......i feel so crappy.....i work tonight 5-10 at jewel.....i work tomorrow morning watching the kids and then sunday i work at jewel again...we'll see how long i can last
