Much to talk about

Well after all that has happened in this past year I just don`t know what I am going to do next . Mom and Dad are finally doing ok . Mom is in the nursing home because of the Alzheimers and Dad has finally been able to take the brace off of his neck . Now I need to address my own problems that have never gone away ,I just had to suck it up even though I was hurting so much from all the traveling back and forth and trying to help Dad take care of his place . The SM is killing me ,back is so sore and it isn`t the muscles that are sore it is the cramps ,burning,numbness and weakness that is taking its tole . Some days I don`t even feel like I got a minute of sleep because of pain . I go to doctors and all they want to do is give me more shots that don`t work at all . I went to one doctor and even told him that I needed to do something else but he wanted to set up a time for mr to come in and start taking shots ,this was after me telling him that I had already been through a year of the shots with NO results . I know I need something, but what ? Shots don`t work , the nerve burning they did in Lubbock did nothing and the meds aren`t working either . Any advice , suggestions ,anything ?
