Mt Vernon moon over Potomac
Hey everyone on July 1st my friends and I went to Mt. Vernon for the fireworks display. I didn't take pics of that this year, but while we were there the full moon came out from behind the clouds and shone its light on the Potomac River. It was amazing. A friend of mine took these pics of the mansion lit up and the moon. It was SO surreal.

Very nice photos. Thank you for sharing. I’m glad you enjoyed your trip. Have you been once on the river in a boat to watch the fire works? In Sydney there are many boats floating in the harbour at New Year’s Eve.to watch the fireworks.
