MRI Yesterday...was strange!

Had my first MRI in 2 years yesterday and it was a strange experience! 1/2 way thru the tech pulled me out as he had to re-start the machine (this happens a lot with me cuz I think my titanium acts like an antenna!).... Then he starts again and 10 minutes later comes back pulls me outta the tube again and says:  The doc wants to know if you had an accident lately?  I said "NO"...forgetting I fell down a stair in August....the doc now wants to use contrast...so he injects me- I do not have a negative response to the drug but within 10 minutes I have a welt where the tape was put on!!!  My skin is so tender.... So, any input?  Should I be scared about this?  The doc had my previous MRI in the computer to use as a reference against the new images-I also brought my cervical MRI films as this was both lumbar and cervical MRI.... Just rambling on....sorry.... Saw PM doc yesterday after being in pain for 2 weeks with the ablation-he never got my message till last friday and left me a message to call him...he asked why i did not return his call and I said I was "too pissed to talk to him"...he did trigger points injection and I feel so much better today!  Praise Jesus.... I hope you all have a great and bountiful Jesus' Birthday celebration...need to go cook his birthday cake for that is part of our tradition....you should see how many candles it holds! Love-Nancy
