Moving to IVF

My husband and I went in to our Dr yesterday for our first iui. My husband gave sample and we went to get something to eat. When the Dr called us back for my procedure I knew it was bad because he took us straight to his office. He told us that we had the lowest sperm count that we have had yet at 1 million. We decided to not move forward with the procedure yesterday and go ahead and move forward with IVF. Once I start my menses in 2 weeks I will contact the office to get my mock transfer done as well as meet with the nurse about injectable instructions. The retrieval should fall somewhere around July 20th. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am terrified that it won't work. Dr gave us a 75% chance of success though which I feel is good. I would love to have some friends that are going through ivf in July as well.

I was given a 60-70% likelihood rate of success and I got pregnant with my frist round of IVF.
I did 6 months of 2 fertility different meds with timed intercourse that all failed, 1 IUI attempt (uterine lining was too thin to proceed) 3 complete IUIs that all failed... and then went on to IVF.
We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, so they still don\'t know why we couldn\'t get pregnant on our own because our tests results always looked great. My husband\'s last sperm count was 90 million! But IVF worked for us.
IVF is not an easy road... but I am 11w1d pregnant today and would do it all again if it got me here!

Maybe I\'m in denial or maybe im just so ready to get pregnant but I\'m just looking forward to getting started and hopefull being pregnant in less than 2 months. I guess 75 percent is about as good of a chance as you could get with Ivf? What did you think was the worst part of the process? The retrieval?
