Moving in with my boyfriend

I'm going to move in with my boyfriend and I'm so nervous. I'm only 16. My boyfriend is only 19. We are both still young and we are moving in together. I'm worried that everything could go wrong and I will have messed up my whole life.
Last time I was at his house his dad scared me so I had to go home. But now I will be moving in with both his parents. I don't even think his parents like me. I hope this time I will be okay. I hope my anxiety and depression don't take over and ruin this for me.
Moving in with my boyfriend will be hard. I will be living over 3 hours away from my parents so I won't get to see them often. I also won't get to see my friends. I will have to go to a new school/college and make new friends which scares me a lot. I'm not good at making friends at all. 
I'm excited to move in with my boyfriend but I'm also scared. It will be like a whole new chapter in my life.
