moving foward little by little
well I finial have time to write, which is a good thing I have been plenty busy cleaning, un packing and loading. Nights are hard, being in the same bed. I have woken up to look over where she lay...and of course she is not there. That is the hardest. I have to say , its been strange yet refreshing to be in the house. The bottles of alchol that I removed back in Dec that crisis told me to remove ..well she took all of the bottles. She took the oldest sons pictures and gifts from the years , but let the youngests photos and gifts. He is very upset. This week is busy, I start my domestic classes, interview for her vistations. and maybe my sons interview for the judge... this will not be good for her! Its good to see my son get back to seeing his friends and just hanging in his room. very nice indeed.
The next couple of weeks is putting all the financials together and items she took etc. Then in Sept 12 , on her birthday the judge has set aside 2 hrs to go through all of this and that should be it. The judge is fair and has been very fair and understanding with me. but he does not take BS and when he reads my sons ordeal and what he has gone through.. well he will not be please with her. she did it, so she gets what she deserves. My mind is starting to change from shock to moving foward and as long as the distance is there, the stronger I get and the more I see of what has been going on for some time. Her mental illness is now more apparent to me.. sorta like sweeping stuff under the rug, but then you cant ignore it when there is a hump of stuff under the rug.

That \"new reality\" of seeing what was really going on will help you get through the emotional side much more easily.
And regarding the bedroom - move the furniture around, change colors, put photos/memorabilia in there that represents NOW to you... it will help you sleep better and without memories of her. {{HUGS}}
