Movement
I have muscles that have shut down. Force them to move the right way. Like it is said, no pain, no gain and that really makes sense now. Force your muscles to move.
I talked to an old friend of mine the other day, I went to High School with him and worked with him later, he told me that his step father was recently diagnosed with MS and I bet he is in his sixties. He has given up. I hate hearing that. I am not going to give up. It is like I have said, things are going to be harder now, but that is not going to stop me.
