MOTIVATION AND CHOCOLATE CRAVINGS

THIS IS A POSTING ON DIETS AND WEIGHT MAINTENANCE THAT I MADE.RATHER THAN SEND YOU LOOKING FOR IT, I'VE COPIED IT FOR MY FRIENDS. View More Posts Reply #12 - 03/02/09  7:20pm Joyce Marilyn stated her motivation is her age and the fact that if her husband doesn't improve his lifestyle, she may be all alone. My motivation is age also (I'm 63) and I know it's a terrible old age ahead if I don't get this weight off. My dad passed away at 87 with heart disease and dementia. His last five years were full of operations and suffering. HE WASN'T OBESE, but he thought all his life he could eat red meat and ice cream and whatever else he wanted. IT CAUGHT UP WITH HIM. Instead of a Snickers or Mars bar, try a Kellogg's NEW High Fiber bar, chocolate and almond. It's delicious, HALF the calories of a Snickers, and NINE grams of fiber.

I too am getting older. I\'m 58 and will have a birthday in June so not getting any younger LOL I need to get this weight off so I can live as long as my dad has so far. He was 91 on his last birthday and still going strong. I want to be that way but afraid if I don\'t get the weight off I won\'t . Hugs and good luck
