My motivation is age also (I'm 63) and I know it's a terrible old age ahead if I don't get this weight off. My dad passed away at 87 with heart disease and dementia. His last five years were full of operations and suffering. HE WASN'T OBESE, but he thought all his life he could eat red meat and ice cream and whatever else he wanted. IT CAUGHT UP WITH HIM. Instead of a Snickers or Mars bar, try a Kellogg's NEW High Fiber bar, chocolate and almond. It's delicious, HALF the calories of a Snickers, and NINE grams of fiber.
