Mostly Un-discombobulated!

Looked over my "discombobulated" list & action plan; seems that I'm pretty much on track, though it doesn't always "feel" like it.It's been pretty busy at work. One of our people is out on leave, so there is some extra work to take on. And every so often, a new "project" will pop up; sometimes without much lead time to get it all done. In any case, I've gotten things to a pretty good point where I can take a breather for a bit!My son's job is going well. His hours are getting a bit erratic, but he is still employed & just got his first paycheck. He's real happy about that. The dog is still hanging in there, in spite of how his legs are going. He's been really good for me as I take care of him while DH is not around/sleeping.Things are heating up as far as college prep for my daughter goes. She re-takes the SAT on Saturday & hopefully will do better. There are all kinds of papers to hand in, meetings to attend, and information to keep track of. Hopefully, neither of our heads will explode!I'm going to my genealogy conference next week. I'm very excited, since I'd missed the big one in May. I'll be going by myself this time, but that's OK. That keeps me free to be flexible in meeting up with new friends & everything. As far as things at home, I'm still very very busy. I have a feeling that's not going to change anytime soon. But I'm managing the best I can.
