been in contact with steven more off than on for 12 years (possibly even before that - as its 20 years this year + eight if you include just knowing him. he knew my cousins in tennessee before that) ... all kinds of trouble from jry causing trouble over there.
s claims that jry showed up in greece, when s was there on a business venture(s), one legit venture and one not. hmmm. can't say that is an accident - s was there on business, and then left and jry shows up telling our bank that we TOLD him to be there?! i never hired jry, neither did s. donjosef had this happen in Spain with Enrique's brother Javier with forged paperwork at don josef's company saying i hired him (all of those forgeries were done by the "lawyer" from the law firm in south florida, IN FRONT OF WITNESSES forging 100 legal documents (another "accident") in seville, spain). also been through exactly the same thing with christiner, who's from new york, showing up in spain to attempt withdrawing money from banks there posing as other people. she was caught in spain. however, in nyc, where she wore WIGS and posed as other people, withdrawing funds, it took years -- YEARS before she was caught. both christiner and jry blamed tunick as the reason they were stealing/embezzling. and jry sat there "marvelling" at how easy it is to withdraw someone elses money. yeah, and there are people who steal mail and people's pay checks and social security checks and there are people who file other people's tax returns and keep that money as well. its called misappriation, fraud and forgery, embezzlement of funds...this "impresses" you? doesn't say much for him! or his "maw" but get into that after this. hmmm until you are caught and then he claims he will have tons of stolen money to hire a high end corrupt lawyer and still not go to jail. he is proud of this? hmmm, definitely not an accident. kind of like christiner calling someone's spouse to let them know what you are doing. hmm definitely not an accident, especially when she is phoning another country.
s's kids don't want him around. they are right not wrong in this and he is doing the, if he screws up with any of his new people he will drop them off before its a big screw up. hmmm how about if you are that bad with kids, stay away from kids completely. i am floored how much of this i wouldn't know was going on. i also think that is suspicious all by itself. i am busy all the time, but i'm not oblivious. there are ways to make it so someone doesn't know or recall things. and i said this to him. that goes over big - though he doesn't deny it either.
s was the same one that in the 80's thought that his depraved lifestyle was more important than training for the olympics. he was serious. djosef always hated him and told him to his face, he is depraved, my cousin elisabeth told s the same thing, also to his face, yet her family always tried to get the two of them together when she was a teen. to this day, she can't stand him, and now i know rightfully so. yet my first husband's cousin also named elisabeth did what aunt sue does. she was completely against what he does, but hung out with him anyway?! what is that?! how about accidents happen and an accident BEFORE criminals are even BORN would be a good idea. they have tests for that kind of thing now while they are still a fetus.
s also claims that his mother's family was like this, saying what, its genetic? did his father kill off his mother or arrange that? and did steven kill off his father or arrange that, because his father considered him depraved as well. his father actually said stuff like that when elisabeth was a teenager...let s and elisabeth get together, have a kid and then steven can have a skiing accident and hopefully their kid would be normal and the money doesn't go out the window. in other words, produce an heir and then drop dead. how about the father produce his own heir elsewhere, instead of waiting around while the asshole, s, does even more damage everywhere around him? i've also heard that elisabeth's eldest child is from steven's father...just goes on and on doesn't it? steven's father was only 17 years older than steven and his mother was like 7 years older than his father. he claims his father married her so that his kid wouldn't be born into that, stuck with it for ten years, and then it was over. he never expected steven to be like that....and his sister, he never mentions that part?
s wants my aunt sue taken out of her care facility permanently. even before everyone was away at school sue was getting mixed up. even the slightest alteration mixes her up. on the street where she lives now, s added a chalet thing. he had to remove it because it was making sue confused. he says she is walking the retired horses on their property and is enjoying doing that, (that is new because she used to ride all the time, though that is dangerous for her now). as long as everything is familiar and quiet she is fine. so odd to view sue as old, because she was always mostly strong, though i never agreed with her views with men or money and that goes for s and it goes for my first husband as well. she's extremely old school with her views or the "marry for a good money match, as well as things in common and ignore the rest of it," kind of thing. so many of her generation from over there LIVE that - like they "expect" where there is big money there will be lots of crime. hmmmm perhaps extreme socialism like in scandinavia, is the answer then and no inheritance at all? thinking this "old school" way doesn't BOTHER s, and that amazes me as well.
his only improvement is he views his hideous side, as an addiction now, instead of merely a "cultural difference" (really what culture? he was raised in the southern united states as a kid and france as a teen, then in usa for undergrad and france for grad school). different cultures do different things. REALLY? don't think so. i'm educated as well -- i actually have MORE education than him "legit." because his "education" is, cheating in the better schools with all the proper "degrees" and his legit stuff, he is a b/c student or worse at crappier schools done the equivalent of online (though at least its real, and he at least bothered to attempt college legit. even he will tell you he learned absolutely NOTHING at the prestigious schools he attended BECAUSE he hired people to do his papers and exams for him, while he lived his depraved life. its all facade.)
crime is crime. and certain kinds of crime are criminal in all countries/cultures. so steven "improved." if acknowledging it as addiction instead of "cultural" is an improvement. still don't trust it, acknowledging something isn't stopping. why didn't he turn evidence? he insists most cops are corrupt and so are most judges he goes on and on with that and has proof. okay, give ME the list, i'll risk doing something with it. nope, he never offers. the bit with jry, should be handled in the court system this time. i still don't know why s didn't go after it in france unless the stress would have made him ill, or s is hiding something again. jry was supposed to pay 1000 per month until its all paid. has he? jry, same as christiner, blames tunick and says tunick told him to go to both france and greece.
really? and being over 18, he can't make decisions of what is or isn't okay? and by now, we are ALL in our 40's now, gonna say you are too "young" to know what you are doing? really? 40's is the "childhood of old-age." did i hire him? did s hire him? who said he could enter our property or anything else? i knew jry for six months during college, over twenty years ago, ditto with christiner, i knew her for two years from working in nyc during college years -- and i STILL have to deal with crap from them. reminds me of the creeps from the lawfirm down south. that is over twenty-FIVE years ago. always the same people turning up and causing havoc and stealing. its sick. its also stalking. so, if tunick said to either of them, jump off a cliff then, they go to it, and jump? i got really nasty with all that stuff and have every right to.
jry's mother claims jry is in a relationship with ana who is living in usa during all this mess. ana is samuel's mother. hmmm, that really doesn't answer the question of what was jry doing in greece? s was in greece on a business venture. why was jry accessing s's bank account, or trying to?
i guess the poem beaumont sent hit home because i said to the kids, i need a first floor master suite, just in case something goes off with my knees again and they got like frantic trying to figure it out. our beautiful mother needs a first floor suite. they don't know how to draft floorplans anyway. i'm very good at feeling guilty. lol. i'm the beautiful mother, s is evil and jry is the home invader/bank robber - him and christiner, neither of whom are part of our lives in any way and shouldn't even be part of this. who cares what "tunick" says. i pointed out to his mother, when i worked at the lawfirm in nyc, jry pulled the same crap, showed up saying I hired him and would pay him out of my own paychecks. my boss is who caught him. can you be more desparate, that is how you get a job. its called fraud. he was the second "boyfriend" at the time to pull that crap, the other i had actually hired once for ONE day at a different office several years before that, and then that guy tried to keep breaking into our office. is that a mental disorder, someone who thinks they have permanent access if you let them in ONE time? so i have worked tons of places, should i show up permanently whenever i feel like it then? how about NO -- no you shouldn't. unreal.
jry was never hired. i say this to his mother and she says he just wanted a way in. so getting yourself permanently blacklisted from large firms for committing fraud and breaking in you think is the "way in". i don't think so. to me it looks like another form of stealing, home invasion (office invasion if they have that).
i went to loric's site on facebook as in college she warned me about jry, similarly in the 80's silviad warned me about steven. loric simply didn't like jry and silviad was always having people investigated because she had trust issues (her grandfather was a u.s. congressman (albeit crooked as well and steven was real quick to point that out. hmmm going to say its cultural differences as well. her grandfather bankrupted soooo many people by not paying HUGE bills to small business owners, after he built up credit with them. silviad would sit there and tell you "everyone" does that, if they didn't they would be as broke as everyone else is. she would SAY this like its normal and steven would sit there going, hmmm my father doesn't do that. wonder who the criminal is here. but she had the goods on steven as well, all she had to do was talk to elisabeth. just goes on and on doesn't it.
i got sidetracked on facebook because i found cute photos from beach and human pyramids of the kids. boy, does that bring back cheerleading memories from grades 3,4,5,6....so long ago. and angels will fly....

wow, this is the longest journal i ever wrote. lol.
This is feb 27 - new set of issues with this. my uncle mark says the kids can stay in england, but if s shows up or there is any kind of drama they have to leave, even though its all separate houses on that property anyway. the kids don\'t want to be at the house because its like living in fear because of the possiblity that steven might show up, AND whatever bad memories are there. wth? he\'s really made their life like gypsies. they can\'t go anywhere that aunt sue is, because she \"accepts\" s\'s bad side. i\'m not even going to touch on that because its completely SICK to be like that. once a person is evil, they are out of the picture completely. there is no gray area with that.
the other issue, is me, i have a habit of cutting out the cancer, especially with relatives. if a person is a relative or kid of someone i hate, i freeze them out and avoid them completely. i can\'t even handle reminders of someone evil, even if its fairly distant.
uncle mark also says that severing steven\'s parental rights (my uncle is a lawyer) won\'t fly at all with a judge because steven would have to sign it and he never will. the judge will only worry about them getting their part of his money. i told the judge if steven shows up again he is going to get shot. i was serious. she says, she didn\'t hear that. even with all the crap i heard about him in the 80\'s, mostly from elisabeth but others as well....i can\'t believe how totally rotton he has turned out to be, i would never have guessed it EVER?! makes other ex\'s of mine, even the bad ones look like saints, except for the jerk from the north east, who is probably equally as bad...is that what you do at the end of your life, start making lists to see who was the worst of the worst?
the last time steven showed up in lausanne was in 2009 after he put up the house for aunt sue. he claims he was shot (the kids skeet shoot). a better question is WHAT WAS HE DOING THERE? there is a restraining order against him. they would be 16, 14, 12 and 11 at that time. glad they know how to shoot AND i don\'t believe him anyway. they would have been living at the house on their own for 4 years, except for the nano\'s who were around 23 when they moved back to the house. living on one\'s own at an early age seems to be a family trait, the same thing happened by circumstance in ticino during wwII in the 1940\'s
s also claimed that his sister moved all the way to alaska rather than be around him. then you say to him. hmmm that is specific he usually doesn\'t answer questions about her and moreover, with that, where is his father? he never answers that either, and when i knew s in the 80\'s his father was around. i didn\'t agree with the stuff he came up with for s, what kind of father acts like that? but according to s himself and elisabeth his father is still better behaved than s. look at all the years later...okay, where is he? and no one is looking?
