PAGE RANK UPGRADE IN MOST GOOGLE INFORMATION CENTER

From last couple of days I noticed different page ranking in different Google datacenter and today in the day when I reached towards the office and as per plan I was checking my sites I noticed PR update o-n all my new domains.

I visited many website to-day and found this PR upgrading is not too good for previous well rated websites. I tested significant search engine optimisation websites and other well ranked websites and I noticed most of all websites PR took place.

Recently Google had changed algorithm and very strict about paid linking. In Google web-master tool they launched settled links type where you can reveal any internet site that trying to sell or investing in a link. This shows Google is very strict about linking and in future Google might punish site that associated with linking.
