" Most artists hate fame, but love art. people who aren't artists often think they want fame until it happens to them and are then horrified by it ... with fame comes a lot of negativity. You lose all sense of privacy for yourself and your family.
Nothing is yours anymore, and to sadistic people, you are property/public property. You might guess this/know this going into acting or singing or some other career path that brings bits of fame along the way, but you don’t realize just how hurtful the hatred and the criticism is until you hit it big, and it’s coming from millions of people at a time good and bad.
Its not just your jealous ex-bestie or your husband’s long-ago ex. The judgment is horrible, whether it’s deserved or not ... dealing with vile hate and some of the most awful treatment in the world.

people who grow up in a brothel, think the whole world is a brothel. they will give out their name and number and actually write it on a piece of paper with a note that reads: want to fuck and put this paper/note into the hand of whoever interests them, especially a famous person. if its taken away from them and destroyed, they insist that famous people are used to that and that is what famous people are for anyway. omg! we had a lawyer who actually walked up to a friend of mine and asked him if he would sleep with the lawyer\'s wife, since she had such a huge crush on him. could you be more offensive asshole?
