Morning, and I feel sluggish and wiped out

Good morning journal, the time is now 10:33am and I have been awake for twenty minutes.Yesterday,I slept from around 4:00pm until 9:20am when I got up and sat watching television until 5:00am when I returned to bed and slept deeply for another five hours. The quetiapine is making me extremely tired and listless, and this morning I feel sluggish and a bit wiped out, still, the voices in my mind appear to be resting,or whatever the hell they do when they aren't bothering me,and I am grateful for the respite. As I sit here at my desk, the sun is high in a somewhat murky sky,and there are what looks like rain clouds on the horizon, gotta love our British weather! .My wife is asleep on the sofa with Bree, while Buttons is curled up in my old armchair and Caesar is sprawled at my feet, all of them the picture of contentment and tranquility, while I sit here waiting for my head to clear.I am getting used to feeling "out of it" in my head due to the increased dosage of my medication,it isn't an altogether pleasant sensation, but it's just something else that I have to cope with, perhaps in time it will grow less severe,I can only hope.In a little while,I will go wash up the dishes in the sink,it will save my wife from having to do them, and it makes me feel useful,if only in a small way.I am enjoying the silence in our home right now,my "bionic ears" remain in their respective containers for now, after all,if nobody is talking,I don't really need them, when our home finally begins to come alive I will put them in,until then,I shall just enjoy the quietness. As for the rest of today,I shall get through it the best way I can,and if I can put my head on my pillow tonight with a clear conscience having not offended or hurt anyone intentionally, that will,to my mind,be a successful day.I enjoyed Saturday and the FA cup final, against all the odds,Wigan Athletic beat Manchester City by one goal to nothing, just goes to prove that sometimes the underdog can upset overwhelming odds,go Wigan!. Well journal,I can think of nothing else to say right now, perhaps my sluggishness is affecting my ability to concentrate,so until next time, let us hope for a peaceful day and that God continues to walk with us.
