More ups and downs

A couple of days away from the chat rooms, a couple of days back on... Saturday was a pretty awful day, but Sunday was better. Still trying to find that balance of work, rest and play, and to meet my needs in good ways instead of bad ones. Hope all my DS friends are doing well!
