More Trouble

I really don't know what to do. ..my assistant was fired because her pill problem was making me crazy. She talked me into letting her come back. She said she wouldn't bug people for pills and she would brighten up her nasty attitude.  Put yesterday she upset my other helper by bugging her for her script. And today my other girl didn't come in.she was too upset, says she c
an't work with R. anymore. And I don't blame her. But what do I do now? I have to fire her again. Damn!!!
