More sitting at work
Today has been going pretty good so far. Only gotten anxious a few times. I think a good portion of my anxiety is from my sleeping patterns. Still almost positive I have sleep apnea. Need to get that looked at after the insurance kicks in. Can't wait! I'm trying to stay positive. Positive thinking really seems to be helping me...that and acceopting the anxiety into my life instead of trying to fight it. That's made the panic feelings last dramatically less time. Plus I've been listening to audio tracks with subliminal messages about being calm. They seem to be helping too. :) I hope you all are doing well. .moses.

I just thought of this again when I saw you mention sleep apnea in one of the discussions. One of my colleagues had this and he had all kinds of problems because of it. I am excited for you as well about getting this looked at. Sleep is such an essential, wonderful thing.
I miss sleeping well. It\'s been years. I think it\'s one of the biggest contributors to my anxiety problems :\\
glad to hear you are kickin ass with all this... it helps me to listent o music loud and i seem to get over it. well for that moment. lol
I totally know what you mean by your anxiety being partially from your sleeping patterns. My anxiety goes off the charts if I don\'t get at least 6 hours of sleep. To make it harder I have insomnia so I usually lay in bed 4-5 hours most nights, which in turn makes me more anxious. Ahhh this stuff is so much fun! ;o)
It is good to hear that you\'ve accepted the anxiety. Fighting it just makes it worse. When I feel a panic attack coming on I try my best not to run, and to face it in my mind saying \"Bring it on asshole, gimme your worst!!!\" It usually works, weird I know. :o)
Stay strong, you are an awesome person!
Namaste,
Kim
