More problems
Just when I thought the day was going to be "at the lake" the wife woke me up and said.. the water heater is leaking all over the basement floor! So, I got up early and went down...sure enough! So I called the Home Warranty Company (our house is for sale) and they told me that the policy had expired last month and the Realtor did not extend it. Just need to have him call and extend it. So a call to the Realtor has not been answered (yet). I checked prices online at L***'s and H*******D***t, found they are the same.
Problem is,
1. The home warranty service people only come on Tuesdays (today will be booked)
2. It would be another week after next tuesday (service guys don't carry them around)
3. I don't have the money to get one myself till Momma gets paid NEXT Fri!
4. Why the heck am I telling you all this (cause I NEED TO VENT!!)?
So here I sit, using the water vac every few minutes... yeah I am channeling the water to the drain with a towel..... Dear LORD.... Did I piss you off again???

Aww :( Sorry you\'re having a rough day. When it rains it pours I suppose. Hang in there! It\'ll work out, it always does. That\'s what I tell myself every day when I wake up.
Our Realtor was supposed to extend the policy when it expired last month! So he is paying for the water heater replacement! OUTSTANDING GUY!!
