Well I went to a pain management doctor and he helped out a bunch.He raised my meds on lyrica it went from 75mg to 150mg this helped a lot.He priscribed a 24 hour pain medication that also worked.Now for the hook he also gave me 120/10-325 occycode for break out pain.I use half a pill for break out pain if I took a hold pill I would become a zombie.As for my getting a c-block this has been approved by my insurince (yahoo)so we will start on that Wednesday.The sock they just started making for above the knee amputees. We are using is for the vacum type where you slide the stump in  the socket  valve open then close the valve.The sock instead of having just one membrain this one has like 8 small ones.I am still waiting to see how he is going to deal with my bone rubbing against the socket.
