More MIRACLES!!
Today we got to hear our baby's heartbeat! They do not check the heart RATE at my fertility doc until you hit 8 weeks, but so far, everything looks great! THANK YOU GOD! It has been bizarre because I do not really feel pregnant...a tad bit of nausea...DEFINITE EXHAUSTION, but by this time in pregnancy (this is my FIFTH pregnancy), I am usually as sick as a dog and feel like my boobs have been beaten with 2x4's....not so much this time. I guess I just need to feel grateful!
Next ultrasound is 2 weeks from today. Whew.
DH had the final interview for the position he really wants today and it went better than he ever could have hoped...but we won't know if he is chosen over the other guy til next week.
Still we feel so blessed!!
What a journey this is already! I am now on twice daily injections of Lovenox, once of Progesterone, and twice suppositories of Progesterone...plus all the other crud...baby aspirin, etc...and we are only on week 6. LOL I'm gonna run out of skin to poke holes in!
My OB has been out of town and has a TWIT ARNP standing in for her who told me today, "next week we will do an ultrasound and see if this pregnancy is viable." What a crummy choice of words! Anyhow, I didn't waste my time to tell her my fertility doc has already done TWO ultrasounds while she has done nothing but spout doom and gloom over my numbers and tell me to prepare to lose the baby. What a worthless woman she is as an ARNP. I can't wait til my doctor is back..she is the total opposite of this woman...encouraging...THOROUGH....would not just say, "let's wait and see."
This woman helps me appreciate my OB team a million times more! LOL

SO happy to hear everything is good so far and you are feeling pretty good. My boobs were sore with my daughter, but this time they never hurt once and we are having a boy. I have a hunch you are having a boy as well. Keep the positive energy up. Congrats again!!!!!

I am so happy to hear you good news!!! I know what taking so many shots is like, i thought i was going to run out of skin too!!! Don\'t forget the back of the arms. And if you have a lot of pain with the shot numb the area with an ice pack before the injection. That cut down on my pain and bruising.
Heather, I am thinking boy, too...but Sophia says we are having a girl named Lilly. LOL We\'ll see.
Kling, i head that icing before Lovenox makes it bruise more...did you notice any difference with that one?
