More laser for ain3, vin3 and vain3

At last 6 month check up identified return of pre cancerous cells.  Laser to vulva vaginal vault and anus.  Day two very painful on Tylenol and ibuprofen all day.  Day 4 slightly better but the red area outside anus like diaper rash is back (maybe from weeping as keeping area clean and dry).  Having 3/4 small baths a day.
