More frustrations

I wrote 300 words this morning but got sidetracked by yet another wannabe from Ghana and then I was almost late for work and pressed escape-lost the lot.
Not that there was much to it-but I have been conscientious about keeping up my writing and to lose it all was annoying! It's now after work and Ivan is cooking dinner.
I feel depressed slightly but that's OK-can't expect to have every day an up day. I don't feel too but-just a bit diluted.
I made some resolutions this morning-to be kinder to myself and not to dwell on past mistakes, to celebrate my successes, to enjoy what is to be enjoyed, talk less and lsiten more.
What else is new? Not a lot-just the morning routine and work and the evening routine....and Im stuck to find new ways of being to satisfy my yearning for variety and stimulus.
I'm glad I walked Arnie today. It's a bit of a struggle with my lazy self to get out there and do it, but I am glad when I get home-it is only 20 minutes after all.
I've nearly finished my book London by Edward Rutherfurd- quite enjoyed it but not irresistable. Hoping Julia Cameron's book will  turn up soon.
Its dinner so back to proper 300 words tomorrow. Will it help me get a handle on these down feeelings?
