Mood swinging
Geo and I went to go see the new Star Wars movie and I just couldn't enjoy it. At first I thought it was stupid because I was in a low mood. Then I liked it because I was feeling good. It went back and forth during the movie. It was just too much for me... I made an appointment with my psych for Thursday. I see my therapist on Friday. I need some help and I'm going to figure out what I want to work with Gloria on (she's my therapist). I tend to be in a good mood when I see her, so I was thinking of bringing in my laptop and have her see some of my journals. She already went through my book of poems to gain insight on my past and she said it helped her understand me more, and where I was years ago when I was cutting and just out of my mind. I have been told there are viruses on this site, and it's with Dr. Oz now (don't even get me started on him. I can't stand the quack) but I have so much history here I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. Plus, I like the site. Well, it's late and I need to go to bed. Goodnight!

I haven\'t heard that there are viruses on this site, but if we do, I hope our virus protection software takes care of them. That\'s a good idea to take your laptop with you when you see the therapist. Hugs and love, P.T.

I think the journals are a good idea. She will be able to read all the highs and lows you write down and help you with the Geo situation as well since he is the main character in them most of the time.
Good Luck with the therapist . It is good that you are bringing your laptop.

my friend -- a few friends, are star wars fans to the degree that they actually bought costumes and those lazer things for their BABIES. lol. and dress them in it and take photos. omg! one of the guys went to see the new star wars and said he actually cried when he saw it. lol. have a feeling its one of those you either love it or hate it. same with the hobbit, which i never watch either. people are a trip.
