money or lack of

 I have to be so nice to him for now so I can get money just to pay my bills.  Last time I asked for money he told me, because he was in a good mood that he would give it to me, and not to worry, but the next day when he was taking my daughter to school she asked for lunch money he got made and said in a very nasty tone you mother hit me up for money now you.  It is so frustrating because I think he gives me the money to make it look like he is a good guy.  Also i think he wants me to need him.  He got mad at me when he found out I was changing the phone and TV and Internet we have to another carrier he went off on how the cable is horrible and they will change me more in 6 ths and I just said well I have to think of my expenses its cheaper for now.  I should have said its none of your business. He ended up hanging up on me. My therapies and actually my sister in law said its because I made a decision with out him. I say that sound right.
