mondays suck
So today my daughter a dental and dermatologist appointment. I thought -silly me- that since I had her to drive, we could get some stuff done today. WRONG it was a shut down everywhere we went. She even wanted to take her written driver's test and the dept is closed on mondays, Three places I went were closed!!! wierd.
I'm calling it a day. So odd, I usually feel awful in the afternoon and evening but not so today. I hads a real tough patch of time around 12-4 then from 5-9 fely almost like my "old" self. I have some med changes, so trying to track the chifts, or notice patterns. I still haven't gotten out and walked like I want, think I would benefit from learning to give myself a break without the guilt trip. Sheesh!!!
