Monday, so far so good...
Having a good day so far, enjoyed teaching this morning but ran into the bad voice in my head on the way home today. Last week was good too, had a rough time getting home Friday without giving into temptation but I did, and it made for a decent wknd stress free without having to worry about what I had done or how much I had lost etc...
Friday was actually a huge struggle, it was very difficult to keep myself from going, to keep myself from even thinking about gambling. I was so glad that I did, and the wknd was very good with no thoughts at all really. Today though, has been another story, driving home from work is always dangerous since there are casinos or slot holes no matter which route I take home, and having cash on me and no place to be all afternoon it was another struggle!!
But I made it home, so that was step one, now I have to stay home, or go in the other direction from the casinos to go to the gym and/or my GA meeting tonight. The other step is to take my cash and deposit it in the bank, and use it to pay off the cc. I put some in the bank Saturday but need to go again with my tips from the wknd, and I put 100 on my cc already today :)
