Monday Morning
Sammycat woke me up this morning. He jumps on the bed and won't let me alone till I get up. Hes cute. I worked all day yesterday and almost reached my weekend goal of 200.00 in 1 day.
I woke up and went to work around 930 without eating anything. Right around 200pm I started to run out of gas and went and got lunch. I had accepted a job yesterday around 500 but stopped in to do some shopping of my own and almost forgot about it. I didnt get home till almost 630 last night and I was exhausted. I really enjoy the instacarting. I can work at my own pace and accept the jobs I want. The more and more i think about what's going on at my other job, the more i think of me not getting promoted as a blessing. If I'm stressed out all week about the responsibilities I've taken on at my other job, I might not be able to do the things I do on the weekend. Yes, the money would be better but, I look at the stress I might potentially be under and think differently. I know me, I'd constantly be worried about forgetting things or making the right decisions and feel that what I have right now is enough. For now anyway. As it is now I have a hard time taking days off and know I'd probably not be able to take off when I wanted to.
On another note, my electricity is scheduled to turn on July 2 and that was the last piece of the puzzle I needed to get done. There is a grocery store across from the apartment complex that I do quite a bit of instacarting at which is very convenient. If I need anything I only need to walk or ride my bike.
I have been back at Roomies now for a couple of weeks- yesterday as I was sitting looking around, it no longer felt familiar to me, meaning, I feel like I shouldn't be here. I look at all the furnishings we bought at garage sells together and feel I have evolved over the last year and a half. Maybe I just fully detached being away and maybe that's why it's easy for me to let go finally. There was a potential life we could have lived together but I just couldn't settle. Being ignored in the relationship was enough for me to move on. Roomies a kind, great person, but I think hes been single for so long that he doesnt know how to nurture a relationship.
For me, I'm looking forward to spending time in my own space and practicing self love. I've never had this before for any given time. It might be what I've always needed.
Enjoy your Monday ya'll!

That’s great you’ve been able to find some clarity on your work situation and happy that you picked up some extra cash yesterday. In a couple of weeks you’ll have something that is just yours. What a awesome accomplishment!
I really believe that because you are loving yourself more........the universe is taking care of the other things in your life like making sure you have sufficient income. That's what happened to me after my wife left.
$200 a day would be a decent weeks wage for most people who live around me. I am happy for you. Your emotional growth is inspiring.
Keep it up!
God Bless
Giving that ". . . kind, great person . . ." room and votes of confidence to sort his own. . .
Your personal growth has, indeed, been an inspiring phenom to witness. Thank you for allowing me to bear witness.
