Monday Monday Monday!

I want to cry as I write this.
The last few days have been hard. I broke down in front of Matt yesterday; I'm glad he was understanding. It has been so hard for me to move on. I miss Juno so much. I know I sound like a broken record, but it's a pain so deep.
Ziggy's little meows sometimes remind of Juno's, and it's too much. I am trying to take comfort in Ziggy and Marley, however, since they are also sweet little kittens. I hope Juno doesn't mind my loving them..? I feel so much guilt sometimes.
Today is a blechhh Monday -- pouring rain, freezing icy conditions on the road, and the first real day back after break.  A long meeting today after school, then I teach half a day tomorrow and the rest of the day is filled with meetings -- yuck!!! I wish I could just be with my students!!! I suffer from depression/anxiety/OCD. Do you ever have days where you feel everything goes wrong or the world is out to get you? That's how I feel today. I just want to go home, bury myself under my comforter, and go to sleep or read a book.
I'll try to write more later, but if I can't...until next time, and know that I am always thinking of you. You've all been lifesavers.
xoxo

I\'m sorry you\'re feeling so down. I think the after holiday blues and miserable January weather is affecting us all. I know I\'ve been right back at the beginning with the nightmares and sleepless nights. It almost becomes a self fulfilling prophecy, lack of sleep makes the day harder and the frustrating days make the nights hard. The less I sleep, the worse it gets. What I\'ve been doing the past week has been forcing myself to go for a walk, regardless of the weather. I did cut my walk short due to the cold but I felt better for having gotten out, if only for a short time. If I wasn\'t such a slug, I\'d be doing some much needed exercise as I know I always feel better afterwards, but it\'s hard to get motivated. I did notice when I\'m especially tired that I have a much harder time at work, which I\'m sure is because I\'m tired and not handling the situations well.
I hope you\'re able to keep the gremlins at bay. As inviting as it may seem to crawl under a blanket, getting outside will help.
The week is almost over!
Hugs Nancy xoxo

Thanks, Nancy! I\'m sorry you\'ve been having nightmares. :( I\'ve had a few myself, although they\'re work related. (Yuck.)

I need to walk! My doctor/psychiatrist suggests it as a mood booster. It\'s just so cold and so easy to make excuses. Good for you for getting out there!

The bell is going to ring :( and yet again I have to leave the internet. But thank you for your response. YES, almost Friday!!! Hugs to you as well. :)
