Monday, Monday
Aww monday......the daughter went back to school and the house is quiet again. I puttered around and did this and that after taking her to the train station. I got the house tidied up after having company yesterday.
The weather was great today and I got some sheets hung out.....nothing smells better than sun dried sheets.....
I spent an hour in the hammock and it seems to have helped me centre myself again, and then I had yoga class tonight......I only had to stop once because I was dizzy so it was a good class...lol I even managed to do a shoulder stand....it wasn't pretty but I got there....lol. The studio is offering a new class next month that incorpates meditation and the precepts of yoga and even what to eat for optimal health so I am thinking about signing up for that one....it would be 2 hours every thursday.
I was in a very zen mood when I got home which lasted until I walked into the kitchen......the dog (who is still hiding in the basement right now) decided it would be a good idea to empty the garbage all over the kitchen......of course Hubby says your dog left you a present....hahaha.....he did eventually help me clean it up
I am off to the respiratory doc on friday....I hate doing the pulmonary function tests they give me such a headache.... i am hoping there has been no change, I'm a little concerned because of the wrong antibiotic they gave me for the uti.....I only took 2 before the rheumy caught it. I have been a bit wheezy this last week but I think it is more weather related.

well you did say he was still like a puppy. naughty is good. we don\'t have too much time for naughty at the time but they do grow out of it don;t they? and yes, fresh linen, life is good.
I\'m with you on those function tests. I look real funny after they give me that stuff, whatever it\'s called. I have one in October, woo hoo. Wish you luck and hope you get your reduction.
Bad doggie. My dogs threw a party one night while we were sleeping. Trash everywhere, not kidding. They must have had one heck of a time, but both were cowering when we got up. Even had to steam clean the carpets after that one. I hope that your week is more mellow also.
I also hope your week is mellow! HMMMMMM, the smell of linen dried in the breeze and sunshine. WOW! That sounds wonderful.
My hubby had a Boxer named Moochie ( named because she used to come to his house and mooch food from his dog\'s food bowl until he got her her own bowl. LOL) One night , when we were dating, they came over and we went out for dinner and a movie. I had started a craft project that had Hershey\'s Kisses and Hershey\'s Hugs in it, among many other inedible objects. There were about 50 plastic bags of this stuff and she went in and ate through every bag and ate every hug and every kiss out of those bags. ( And yes, I know that dogs are not supposed to eat chocolate and believe me , it was not my intent). She didn\'t eat not one little bite of the other stuff. I was horrified that his dog was going to die and I was disgusted because I had put several hours of work in the project! Fortunately, she had no ill effects from eating all that chocolate.
I have a doctor\'s appointment Friday as well. I hope that those function tests are not to rough on you and I hope that if there is any change it will be a positive one.
