Monday is the Day

Well Monday is my next 3 month A1c check and though I feel pretty good about it,I am a little worried.Generaly my sugars run between 89 and 126 during the day.However every time that time of the month rolls around they go higher and take longer to come back down.I read several articles online and all say the same thing.The 2 hormones we have going on during that time interfere with insulin and therefore makes it harder to keep numbers low.This week my numbers have been a little higher and Im really hoping it doesnt effect my A1c overall.Obviously unless i go through menopause there is nothing I can do about this but deal with the higher numbers once a month...
