Monday blues (again); barely hanging on

On March 5th, Juno will have been gone for six months. It feels like a lifetime.
I had a tough weekend. I'm having a tougher morning. I do not want to be here at work, smiling in front of teenagers, when I feel like falling apart. Another meeting after school. I'm burnt out and I've only been teaching for about 8 or 9 years with my own English classroom (in the field of education longer than that).
Depression is a b*tch. It holds onto you and pulls you down. I'll try to write more later. I'm sorry for the depressing a.m. entry; I just need to vent. I want to cry and curl up under the covers. I miss my cat. I miss my family. I want to spend time with Matt, my husband, and yet I want to hide my depression from him (I have witnessed my parents; I have witnessed what depression from my father's end has done to my mother.)
I have to go; the damn bell is about to ring.
