So last night around 2am the pain acted up a bit but it was still mild (3) and then it settled back to its usual (2). It's never gone but I'll take mild while it lasts or until it hopefully goes away some day. Currently its mild and I will update if need be. I'm trying to track the highest number for each day.
I didn't sleep too well last night. Nothing specific I just kept waking up then falling back to sleep. I'm a bit tired this morning but I'm going to push myself to lift at lunch even if its just 30 minutes. I'll have to crank up the heat as the basement is really cold today.
My friends mom is still sick but her temp is down to 99 degress so hopefully she is on the right track. I just worry with all of her other ailments. I asked my friend to let me know when she is able to talk so I can call.
Work wise its hurry up and wait. I have to wait for the yoyo's to build my testing machine. I'm sure I will have to remind the goofballs. I have to wait for my manager to send me all the doc for the new projects. He's in meeting all day trying to gather the details. I'm just going to do research on code I believe I will be using until someone gets back to me.
Def need some more coffee then its on to do some research. I hope I can keep my eyes open!

I\'m glad the pain went back down. Sorry you didn\'t sleep well. I\'ve always had trouble sleeping and had to go to work after many a sleepless night. Not fun. Hope you rest well tonight and glad to hear your friend\'s mom seems to be doing better, Hang in there and don\'t forget to take care of yourself!
